We have an MICS 6.1 with a Flash 2.0. I need to change the extensions
from 200-245 to 400-445. Are there any issues I should be aware of
before I do this with the telephone system?

I plan to delete the voicemail boxes and recreate them to match the new
extension scheme (i.e. extension 410 will be mailbox 410), but I plan
to leave the Auto-Attendant as is. Will this be a problem?

I'd appreciate any assistance with this.

Thanks,
Melinda

The only issue would be if the digit 4 is already used for somehing else (by
default I don't believe it is) All you need to do is go into system
programming and change DN's and change voicemail numbers as you stated.

Good Luck,
