If you are looking for the best video-conference for your needs whereby you don't have to buy a server, just 4 clients, that would be Placecam. You get a 7 day free trial but it is the best right now. and you can go up to 40 people in real time, on a standard DSL connection and I think the moderator version is $34.95 a month and a participant version is $24.95 a month. Simple, Cheap, and very very very real-time
