vlan problems on bps2000 stack |
|
|
He there,
I have a stack with a few bps2000.
There are vlan2, vlan3 and vlan10, where vlan10 - common vlan.
Pinging working fine, so pc's from vlan2 can only ping other pc's from
the vlan2, can ping servers from the common vlan10 and can't ping pc's
from vlan3. All stack ports are access ports.
but if I put sniffer in the network and start to listen, I can see all
traffic inside particular vlan!
for example:
port1: vlan2,vlan10 (pvid 2)
port2: vlan2,vlan10 (pvid 2)
port3: vlan3,vlan10 (pvid 3)
.... etc..
port10: vlan2, vlan3, vlan10 (pvid 10) <= this is a server, which shoud
be visible in both vlans (2&3)
So, sniffer (in the port2) can see all traffic from port1 and port10
What may be wrong?
All macs in the mac-table are correct
soft version is 3.1.7
Thanks in advance
