We have an upcoming situation where 30-40 users might
connect to one Hosting session. So far in my readings and
investigation, there is no mention of a maximum. I have
talked with our WAN people and they are perpared to
increase our bandwidth if need be.

Has anyone connected that many or more users to one
Netmeeting session?

There is no NetMeeting imposed limit but the operating system of the "top
level provider" does restrict the number of connections:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q243116

The KB article suggests a strategy for more parties that involves cascading
calling ( there used to be a strategy there for modifying the O/S to allow
more connections but the information seems to have gone missing)
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/NetMeeting/Corp/reskit/Chapter10/default.asp
has information on the T.120 protocol that may shed some light on the
strategy.
