If you are showing full screen on your computer and sharing via the
application sharing function to a machine with lesser resolution some things
you can do(some may depend on options only in PP 2003 -- I don't have older
versions to run but I think some of the features I mention may not be in
earlier versions
1) Reset your screen resolution to the lowest resolution of viewers before
calling and starting PowerPoint, then view full screen
2) View your presentation in a window instead of full screen - make the
window small enough to fit on the lowest resolution screen without scrolling
3) Use show setup options to set viewing resolution to or lower than the
lowest resolution of the viewers
If scrren resolutions are the same the viewer may use the view full screen
option at the viewing end to avoid a window with scroll bars.
