I have Propel with my dialup account and have been using it for two weeks.
At times it does seem to improve the speed of downloading pages but at other
times it stalls out and I have to disable Propel to continue. Sometimes
dumping Propel's cache improves results.

I have not been able to get any objective test results that I believe are
valid. Every five days Propel pops up a message saying that I have saved X
hrs by using it. I don't believe those numbers.

My perception is it speeds up the work significantly at times and then
steals back the time saved producing a net improvement near zero. I could
be wrong.

Are any of you using this accelerator and, if so, what do you think of it?
Also, have you been able to get it to work with email?
