modem freezes |

Hi,
my modem freezes and the internet kicks me out, everything is like
frozen i have to shut down, when i shutdown it is also frozen then i
have to restart, what is the problem? |

You have given no clue what mfr/model modem (or modem/router), whether it
has sync (usually DSL LED on steady green), what method you use to connect
(DHCP or PPPoE), what the logs say for the connection (PPPoE log?), or
what troubleshooting you have done that makes you think the problem is
with the modem. |

I have a CNet modem, i dial up to my server, a normal dial up not a dsl
or isdn line.
What makes me think its my mode, because the internet freezes, i dont
no anything else.
Help is needed. |
