Directory |
|
|
Hi,
When we are opening the directory window in Netmeeting, it automatically run
Windows Messenger (4.7 version on Windows XP).
But we don't want Windows Messenger to be run. If we block Windows Messenger
then it is very slow to open the directory.
Is there a way to not automatically launch Windows Messenger when we access
the Netmeeting directory?
Thanks. |

If the user selects another directory, then the next opening will open that
directory by default. |

What happens when you de-install Windows Messenger ?
Start > Run, now enter ...
"RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove"
.... into your run box without the speech marks
Or what happens when you replace the web based directory site by using
this registry hack:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Conferencing]
"IntranetWebDirName"="ExampleWebsite"
"IntranetWebDirURL"="http://www.google.com/" |
