Hi!!

We have a similar network and we have deployed a new Integrated
Application called MIROS. This allows you to dial into a ACDN and
based on voice guidance u can observe based on Agent ID/Position
ID/Skillset/Application!!!

We initially tried to use PONW (Priority Override NetWork).....using a
DISA code override on the trunk on each site by patching on MDF and
analog station port to an Analog Trunk Port.
