Dear experts:

I have a router in my home and shared internet connection with my friend. Sometimes both of us will have netmeeting connection to the internet out of the router. As I know DMZ can be used to start netmeeting, but how about two computers in the same LAN use netmeeting simulaneouly. How to configure that?

Please help.

Wu

If your router does not have built in H.323 gateway support there is no way
to configure the router for multiple NetMeeting clients (unless you just
want outgoing data calling only).

If you have an extra computer that can be hooked up to the router (and is
not required for NetMeeting calling) you could run it as the dmz machine and
run a gatekeeper server on it ( www.openh323.org has an open source product,
www.dialupaudio.com a commercial product). That would allow multiple
NetMeeting clients.
