I assume I don't buy these at Radio Shack and don't feel like
bothering a sales rep at Prixim. What does a pair of these things
cost?

I have no idea about this exact model, but similar equipment by others
would run you $5000-$7000 for a pair of radios plus a bit for antennae,
installation and misc. materials
