NetMeeting disables internet connection |

My NM chats with my brother often end abruptly, because my PC stops sending
audio and video, although I continue to receive his for a short time. At
the same time I find that my internet connection is dead, and I can't
access it again until I reboot.He has XP Home and DSL, I have XP Pro, DSL,
most of SP1, one item of SP2. We have our XP firewalls off, and connect
with my no-ip address. I have unchecked QoS packet scheduler.
It is an unpredictable problem, happening after 1 minute or after 30
minutes, or not at all. All I can think is that it's one of the SP fixes.I
rarely have a problem with my other brother.(Win 98, dialup)
