LT2P and Radius on ARN router

Hello.

I would like to setup a L2TP tunnel between the remote and central office
using ARN routers at both ends. When I add L2TP to a circuit Site Manager
insists of a Radius server. The L2TP manual indicates the ARN
router itself can function as a Radius server but offers no clue as to how
do it.

Has anyone succeeded in turning on the Raidius server into an ARN router?

Reading 2 different versions of the "Configuring L2TP Services" manual I
noticed a discrepancy. The original manual said "...configuring Bay
Networks routers as RADIUS servers, see..." The more recent manual said
"...configuring Bay Networks routers as RADIUS >clients<, see..." which
seems to make more sense.

However, if L2TP can be set up without using a RADIUS I would appreciate
any hints.
