on the Web-site?
I cant find anybody who do this...

If you just want to chat with your fruiends then you need to buy a webcam
from your local PC supplier, most come with basic video conferencing
software that allow you to chat with other people who have the same
software. You can also use this webcam in conjuction with Instant Messaging
software so you can point and click to start chats with your friends when
they come online.
If you are looking for business grade conferencing then i suggest you look
online at Polycom or Tandberg, see

writing a video chat software ( especially interested in web-based
video software)

streaming images/video to internet. if you don't have a web cam or web
