We're looking to have some custom work done and were wondering what
people's experiences were with Radvision's professional services.
How's their support for the custom work? Did they deliver what they
said? Any other recommended companies? Thanks in advance.

All i know is that 80% of the H.323 products out there use their stack,
Cisco re badge their products and Telefonica sell a setup with them. I use
their ECS GK and am generally impressed with the design of their ViaIP
product line.
