Hello:

I am in a bind. I have a vBrick 9140-4300 MPEG4 encoder
that I wish to upgrade to 3.0.4 code. The code is
password protected and the password is only provided
to customers with a maintenance contract. We
supposedly have a contract (I didn't buy the unit) but
the VAR we bought the unit through laidoff our sales rep
and they have no record of our purchase. I have the zip file
with 3.0.4 code I just need the password. Does anyone
have it?
