Need some guidelines for "h.225" implementation |

Hi,
I am from Thiagarajar college of eng. as our final year project we
are to extend h.25 protocol for multipoint communication..
so for the past few days i was searchin for already implemented
code for h.225.so these are the set of questions i have
1)can i get any source code for h.225(basic version of it without
extentions)??
2)If i do get some wat would be a better platform to work on(vc++or
java)?
3)But if i dont get any source code...wat do i do to procede further? |
