Bureaucratic resistance has been a big barrier to making our

Do you mean what equipment would you need? VT[3] provides
live-switching and webcastibng capabilities - we use this to provide a
stream from trade shows such as NAB, etc, and the system can
simultaneously feed to broadcast and webcast, if you like.
