Hi all,
Im using a zoom x3 modem/router, and a Linksys WRT54 router, in series to
get wireless access. My wired PC's are connected via the linksys, and it is
providing them with local IP's. The Zoom takes the PPP values. There is an
option on both devices for opening ports, but I cannot find a configuration
which works. Also is there a way to check that a port is actually opened, as
at present i'm relying on trying to hook up to someone's server.

The Zoom support told me to change the settings to 1483 Bridged IP LLc from
PPPoE LLC, and then to add my username and password to the linksys device.
Have tried this but I cannot get iternet access with this configuration.

Any advice welcome
