How can I read my network packets?

I just want to see what's coming in and going out over my DSL network. Is
there a program that scans the packets and tells where they're coming from
and going to? Thanks.

BlackIce (AKA: network security systems [i think]. let's you see who's
hitting you and what their ip is. Of course it is probably a spoofed IP.


IPCop is another good program you can use it as a software router as well.
