I use the sip phone in Europe
and I have 2 europe cities lines

look the result of several test, how to do business
have you got an idea if they will help me with some
settings or they are not able to handle those numbers
due to the traffic? some settings different from us
settings in the Grandstream admin panel? I will ask today:

Your question is not apparent to me. In other words, WHAT? :)

If you are asking if I Connect Here (ICH) can help you, I'd bet on NO.
They do not have good customer support, at least not tech support.

Can you explain what you are doing exactly?

Your Grandstream phone (or is it an ATA?) is trying to log in to what, I
Connect Here in the US? Can you call anyone at all? What do you mean by "2
cities lines"? Are these DID from sipgate.de or the UK or are they
provided by ICH?

I requested cancellation today,
don't work ....
40 or 50% call lost
too much time for connect, too many troubles
support not fast ....

perhaps I have read that they do not support well cancellation and refunds
so worried about this too I prefer to cancel 15 day before the cycle.
