Messed up my firewall !

I have Blueyonder Broadband and can't get DHCP Address allocated with
firewall enabled

After I have DHCP (winipcfg) I can enable the Firewall then ok for web
access etc.

What do I need to change in my Norton Firewall

That's a known problem when using windows 95, norton firewall 96 and it's
raining all day long.
Cannot be solved.....
