I have a NetScreen 5XP with hardware version 3010(0) and firmware
version 5.0.0r6.0 (Firewall+VPN). The documentation says that I can
rename the default root account (netscreen) via the following command
line command: "set admin name name_str". This CLI command doesn't seem
to be supported on my box. What hardware and/or firmware version is
required for this CLI command to work?

The syntax is 'set admin name name_str'

Once you do that it will set the password back to the default to
'netscreen' and you need to change it back.

I should have proofread, the syntax you posted does work fine, and I
didn't realize I didn't clarify that point until after I posted.
if localhost = Jacka$$ do punch-me-in-the-nuts.cmd
