Recently upgraded the firmware to v3.01.3
I have three ports open through port forwarding for my Web server, FTP
server, and a desktop control software.
When I reviewed the settings on the router the only thing I noticed was
that the 'Filter NAT Redirection' wasn't turned on.
The help screen states that the Filter NAT Redirection does the
following: 'This feature uses Port Forwarding to prevent access to
local servers from your local networked computers'
I am not sure that it is worded correctly. If I am understanding it
correctly it would seem to me that it would block access to the web
server from other PC's inside the network, seems silly to me.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems? |
