AFAIK no such thing exists. Is there something somewhere indicating that it
does?
The only SDK(from Microsoft anyway) I know of is
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/NetMeeting/Authors/SDK/default.ASP. There
was at one time a set of Visual Basic wrappers that someone did but I doubt
that is what you want either.
