If it varies from day to day/time to time with the same parties then likely
you are experiencing general internet busyness fluctuations.

Nothing other than the obvious:
1) smaller video sizes
2) lower bandwidth settings (this controls the audio bandwith required)
3) adjust video quality settings for incoming video ( faster video vs.
better quality)
4) eliminating audio echo by using headsets
5) eliminating visual clutter and movement
6) improving lighting for camera
The real culprit is likely an end to end real time bandwidth shortage. None
of this will provide much of a difference but every little bit helps.
