There could be a number of issues that prevent you from seeing incoming
video. Do you receive audio from the other end? Does the other receive your
video and/or audio?
Is the video set to automatically send and receive? Are you behind a NAT
router or firewall of some kind? Is your local firewall configured for
NetMeeting use? Are you making a secure (=data only) call?
