What does this mean when I Send mail?

Not always, but still a number of times during the last days:

"No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

This is with Comcast cable, Windows XP and Outlook 2000.

You receive a "No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient" error message when you try to send an e-mail message in
Outlook 2000
