Hello, every body. I have a problem, may be stupid problem, but i
don't know.
I configured one VPN My XP PRO Station to Linksys BEFVP41. The Tunnel
is OK, I CAN PING ANY STATION IN MY LAN, but another service not
response. Not NET USE command, not Sharing Desktop. What's wrong? Is
necesary any route configuration?

Any help is welcome,
thank you in advance.

Try to telnet directly to the port of the service you are trying to
connect to.

IE: Telnet to remote desktop "telnet 192.168.0.100 3389". If it
connects then great, things should be working. If it fails with an
error then you may have a firewall blocking you.

If you installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 it is likely that the new
firewall is restricting these services to the local subnet only.

Disable the firewall for testing purposes and see if things work.
