i2050 unable to reach BCM

I have i2050 softphone running on XP - My client ios unable to connect to the BCM PBX using the default Port 7000. Reporting server unreachable.

A packet capture from my local machine shows the RX packets but the Ethernet frame szie is only 55 bytes.


I can telnet on port 7000 to the PBX and see a reply so I am confident that network connectivity is okay.

I am running version - 1.4.0 Build 363 of i2050

Any suggestions?
