I AM WORKING ON NORTEL CS1000E AND S, 11CMINI, SYMPOSIUM 5.0, TAPI. I LIKE DO SOME NORTEL CERTIFICATION BUT CONFUSE TO DO WHICH CERTIFICATION. I AM VERY NEW TO VOICE WORLD. BUT HAVING GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON DATA.

They have a few pre-test you can take to see if you will understand and pass the final exams.
It is a good way to guage whether you know the stuff well or not..
