Remote Call Forwarding

I'm new to the administration of BCM and had a pretty basic question.... How do I provide the option for a user to forward their phones remotely? Meaning, I want to have her be able to dial a number and enter in a new number for forwarding.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hey Jon, just so you know that is a big security risk and one of the top ways a pbx gets hacked.
