I'm trying to setup a user so they can have their phone forwarded to a outside number, without having to do it on the phone.

I've looked at the OTM and I can't figure out why it wont' forward, I've gone in and set the permissions to allow, but it rings and rings and does not forward to the external number, any thoughts?

I know this is prob simple, but I am just learning this stuff, here is a good example:

User's extension: 1834

After 3 rings, I want it to go to:

(515) 514-1414 Which is of course an external #. Can someone help me with the commands through the terminal (pdx) or what I need to allow on the OTM?

Thanks

Make sure CFXA is allowed in the COS, this is a major security concern so only give it to special users and monitor it frequently.

Good luck!
