We recently had a Nortel system installed. When you press # for the directory you have to type in the letters of the name. I called the company who installed the system to ask if instead of typing in the name if we could record a message listing the extensions. They said yes but stated they couldn't come out to program it for a few weeks. Does anyone know how to access this area so I can record the message?
