What do you need OTM for?
Have you check out MerAssistant? Its a new alternative to OTM for Moves, Adds and Changes.  sorry to plug but thought you might be interested.
Good luck, I doubt you will find OTM in downloadable form. You will probably have better luck with a local tech, but even still do you have a dongle for the PC to install it? Without it, it won't work.
