What product are people using to manage their Nortel pbx network?
We are currently using Switchview, but we would like to know what others are using and or what they recommend like OTM or Element Mgr etc....
We are a 18 pbx enviornment and would like to know of a product or products that can manage billing, CDR, Routs, T-1s, directory etc... Please let me know what you use. Any input would be appreciated.

Hey David, I would love to hear about how you like switchview. What do you like and don't like about it.

I would look at MerAssitant (of course I am biased) but it is an alternative to Switchview and OTM. Also for Call accounting, MerAssistant works with VXTracker, in my biased/unbiased opinion the easiest Call Accounting software to use.

I am a Nortel tech and have been for almost a decade now, and VX is one of the easiest software I have seen in terms of intuitiveness. It is really a great product.
