SMI Workbench Login Issue

I have administrator rights on the Symposium 4.2. When I try to client in it hangs at the hourglass and the server itself exhibits the following error message "1 task(s) are sleeping waiting for space to open in log segment for database sybsystemdb.

Other desktop accounts are also starting to experience the same issue
Can anyone assist..??
