We have modular ICS6.1 nortstar telephone system. Two of our employees are switching spots in the office, but they want to keep their phone extensions. I was wondering if there is any way to switch their extensions?
Thanks
Daniela

Daniela, You should be able to identify the port at each phone using Feature * 0. Once you know the port you should be able to change the DN. Also you can just make the wiring change in the closet from port to jack, which usually is easier. Hope this helps.
