I am trying to use Application Builder for CallPilot 1.7

When user call ext 123
Callpilot answers:
Press 1 to be transferred to the cell phone
Press 2 to leave a message

My question is how do I get option 2 working?
How do I transfer call back to Voice mail of Ext 123?
