How do users with phones off of a Nortel ASM dial feature codes and/or
systems speed dials? Using V7.0 of software on a MICS system.

You need to use the Recall key and star keys - for example to transfer a
call from an analogue set press recall then star then seven then zero
followed by the DN to be transfered to..

Check the telephony features guide - it should be on the CD that came with
the MICS or you can download it from the Nortel web site.
