It's been quite a few years since I've used Netmeeting. Are there still
free ILS servers? If so, where can I find them. I've tried Google - but
they all seem to require $$$. Thanks........

http://www.netmeetinghq.com has a list of available servers.

I don't know of any that you pay for (in fact there is no mechanism that I
know of for authentication/payment).

I believe Netmeetinghq has some pay services they provide in aggregating
server listing for web viewing.

Netmeeting is free videochat software created by Microsoft. gnufrog.com is free p2p file sharing software similar to Napster or Kazaa. This site lists servers for NetMeeting and Gnutella.
