Rick, You will stay confused even with the manual. OTM is a real pain in the arse. But if you don't know command line and have got nothing else it might come in handy.

Check Nortel's website or http://www.pbxinfo.com in the download center for the manuals

Also see http://nortel.pbxinfo.com for more useful programming tips.
