One faulty 64kb on a Q931

If I am correct in my thinking, Q931 (which is Layer3), is the protocol

dealing with call setup on PRI, whereas Q921 (which is Layer2),
maintains the 2Mb structure. So, if an individual 64kb within the 2Mb
were to go down on either the switch or the PBX end(however unlikely),
what messaging would I be expecting to see to inform the opposite end
of the change of state?

I am assuming a UI, or UA.

What do you think?

regards, Andy.
