Hi,

I would like to deactivate the general mailbox on my system, is this
possible? When a line rings at the receptionist, and she's unable to
pick-up, I don't want the call to be ending in the general mailbox, can
we achieve that?

Thanks,

You can't 'de-activate' the general delivery mailbox as such. Simply assign
the receptionists phone a different mailbox..

The general delivery and system administrators mailboxes cannot be removed
only changed - the same goes for the (hidden) loopback mailbox (default
mailbox 101) if networking is available/enabled.

Using the call pilot web interface, Configuration - System Properties -

Enable General Delivery Mailbox. (We have a Call Pilot 150 with software
version 30.00.72.22).
