I would like to know how to make a class C range of IP addresses accessible
ONLY from other IP addresses registered in one country blocking the rest of
the internet.

Any ideas are welcome .

Look through the IP databases such as ARIN, RIPE and other for IP
addresses that belong to desired country companies/organisations. I
can't think of an another way... But I'm curious about it too.
