You could try connecting them with a crossover cable and use ICS: |

But I don't know if ICS works with AOL dialup - I suspect it won't
because it's proprietary. You won't be able to sign onto AOL over
TCP/IP on the client machine if your account allows only one screen
name on at a time, but you may be able to use internet apps like IE
with it.
