We cannot figure out why we cannot import "vbk" voice prompts recorded with
the CallPilot Player. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks in
advance. Here's our setup -

Call Pilot 150 with Voice Mail Version 30.00.72.22.

IP Address set to a local address i.e. 192.168.1.60
Subnet 255.255.255.0
No DNS Server
No Alternate DNS Server
No Gateway

Windows SBS 2003 Professional with ISA 2004.

you can only import .wav files of 'native' encoded files into CP100/150. I
believe (but not certain) that 'native' really means G711...
