Remote desktop Sharing question |

Hi,
Today I set up Netmeeting's Remote desktop Sharing for the first
time, so I can help my friend with some of her computer tasks.
When I first logged on to her machine, she had a backdrop of Rolph
Harris which made it a little difficult to see some of her desktop
folders, so I removed it leaving what shows as a white desktop with
icons laid out on it.
The following 3 calls I made to access her desktop went
unsurprisingly. Simply login with password, followed by a dialogue box
requiring an OK, then a window showing her interactive desktop.
During subsequent calls though, a new step has inserted itself into
the process:
Previously:
Login>Dialogue box>ok>Interactive desktop
Now:
Login>Dialogue box>ok>*Window showing a different picture of cartoon
dragonlike reptiles each time* >then this automatically replaced by
Interactive desktop.
Am I being hacked by dragons?
