Hi all... I am trying to get Netmeeting 3.01 working on my laptop running
Windows 2000 Professional. I have MSN Messenger 6.2 installed and running
with no problems and a Hotmail account to go with it.

The problem is that when I start Netmeeting and go to the Find Someone
window and thence to the Microsoft Internet Directory option, it tells me
"The Microsoft Internet Directory has been superseded by features now
provided with MSN Messenger" and it gives me a link to download Messenger.
I'm thinking that Netmeeting should import/incorporate my Messenger contact
list, but that's not happening.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Chandler

I think at one time that might have been a plan but currently it just
provides an option to open Messenger(Windows Messenger though not Msn
Messenger on my XP machine- not sure about Win2000)

The whole NetMeeting/Messenger functionality seems to now be abandoned as
well as NetMeeting disappears into the sunset so I think wysiwyg.
