I2005 Key Presentation Delay? |

I am currently utilizing a CS1000 and I2004 and I2005 on my network.
Whenever these phones register to the CS, it immediately registers
without any issues. When the registration occurs, the phones do not
represent the correct time or have any line information for
approximately 1-5 minutes after the initial registration.During this
time period, the phones can place outbound calls, but two way audio is
not established.
Has anyone else seen this type of behavior before?
